What Are Custom Printed Panels?
We have partnered with a company that specializes in printing on a variety of media types for home interiors, RV interiors and much more. They currently sell into big box stores, the RV industry and beyond. After months of development, they have perfected the process of printing onto Azdel composite sheets, and the results speak for themselves!
This company is able to use your pattern or design, one of their hundreds of existing patterns, or their team can create one for you. They can also cut the panels to the precise shape and size you need. This new product provides a highly water-resistant option for areas like general interior decor, backsplashes, shower surrounds, accent panels and more. And those are just RV applications. The potential is virtually limitless.
This discovery has opened the door to so many possibilities, and some manufacturers have already made the switch to this product. Several applications are in use now!

Kitchen & Bath
Here are just a couple of the applications that can be found in an RV. Because the printed Azdel panel is very water-resistant, it works well as a backsplash or shower surround. Whether you desire a pattern that resembles stone, brick, tile or virtually anything else, you now have the ability to create the exact look you need, wherever you need it!
Precision cuts are also possible. As a manufacturer, there is nothing better than having a piece that is already cut to the size and shape you need, and simply dropping it in.
More Bathroom Applications
Shown here is another shower surround. Not mentioned above is the fact that this company has also developed a way to make a 90 degree bend in the panel without breaking or even cracking it! That makes placing these pre-made panels into their locations an absolute breeze!

A Small Sampling of Textured Patterns
One of the best features resulting from this print process is the texture that can be created. Shouldn’t a brick image feel like brick? Woodgrain can feel like woodgrain and even a leather print can feel like leather! Stone and other similar prints can have the random high and low points, cracks and crevices that one expects to feel.
